Please join us for our first ever Mindfulness for Mamas event on Sunday, April 28 10:30AM-12:30PM in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.


What to Expect

A relaxing, peaceful and nurturing environment for moms to help deal with the stresses that come with being a parent in this busy city. In this 2 hour workshop, you’ll learn the basics of mindfulness in eating habits, yoga, breathing, and meditation, practice yoga and meditation, eat delicious and healthy snacks, have an opportunity to bond and network with fellow mamas and even discover self-massage.

Come in comfortable clothes that you can move in and please bring your yoga mat. Yoga and meditation open to all levels!

Your Hosts

Holly Heidt did her 200 hour yoga fundamentals and 30 hour bridge training with Kula Yoga Project under the direction of Nikki Vilella, Magi Pierce, and Jillian Turecki. She teaches classes and private sessions throughout the city.

Meredith Price holds a Master of Science degree in human nutrition, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in prenatal, postpartum, pediatric and plant-based nutrition, and recently opened her private practice, Priceless Nutrition & Wellness. She has a 2-year- old son and has been incorporating more mindfulness, meditation and yoga into her life to deal with temper tantrums!
