Her practice is heavily influenced by her knowledge of the human body as well as her experience of being both an athlete and an artist. She believes in evidence-based training to provide optimal results that are geared towards a long, healthy life.  Baylee began her plant-based lifestyle when she met Meredith back in 2019. Prior to then, she had always enjoyed a healthy, well-balanced diet but didn’t make the switch to living and eating more plant-based until her eyes were opened to the long-term negative health effects of consuming processed foods and animal products.
